BECOME A YOUTH SURF MENTOR
Help Shape the Next Generation of Surfers, Leaders, and Ocean Stewards!
Our Youth Surf Mentor Club is more than surf lessons—it's a movement. Every Wednesday at Paradise Beach, we're building character, teaching ocean stewardship, and creating a safe space where kids ages 7–14 can thrive.
And we need you.
What Youth Mentors Do
As a volunteer mentor, you'll spend two hours each Wednesday (4:00–6:00 PM) guiding young surfers through:
-
Surf instruction and ocean safety
-
Character development (Respect, Courage, Responsibility, Integrity, Perseverance, Service)
-
Beach preservation education
-
Team building and mentorship
You don't need to be a pro surfer—you need to care about kids, believe in second chances, and show up consistently.
